As Chromebook recently released new gaming features for their laptops, I designed a gaming nook in the office to allow staff the opportunity to test games and the new features. As the office is quite bright, I focused on creating a dark and enclosed space to truly immerse staff into the gaming experience by designing boards either side to decrease noise and distractions.

In order to educate staff on the different laptop categories, All, Plus and Premium, I curated a tiered podium on an existing shelf to visual communicate the levels, as well as including wobble adverts on each laptop for further information.

Within the chill out area, I also created a question and answers game on coasters as well as planters hidden in pots to emphasise Chromebook’s sustainable values.
